The Savaria Stairfriend 23 is a heavy-duty curved stairlift engineered to navigate stairs with curves, intermediate landings, spiral configurations, or multi-level runs. Featuring a robust double-rail system for exceptional structural strength and durability, it delivers a remarkably stable and smooth ride using a quiet rack-and-pinion drive network. Every rail is custom-fabricated based on high-precision computer-aided photography of your specific staircase to guarantee an absolute, tailored fit. To maximize space for foot traffic when the lift is idle, the seat, armrests, and footrest fold up compactly against the wall. Powered by an independent internal battery system with automatic charging stations at the landings, the Stairfriend 23 keeps operating reliably even during complete building power outages.
